In the middle of Kibera, the largest slum in all of Africa, we find the workshops of Bawa Hope. This is where the beautiful jewelry is made by this beautiful brand.
Bawa means ‘wing’ in Swahili, the language of Kenya. They want to give their workers wings, a better life.
Since our first visit in February ’19, Anne & Andrew from Bawa Hope have found an importer in the Netherlands! From now on available for all (world) retailers at FairItems in Trade Mart, Utrecht.
